LAS VEGAS (July 8, 2025) – Delilah, the modern day supper club at Wynn Las Vegas, introduces Bubble Brunch, a new daytime dining experience. Launching Saturday, July 12 with seatings at 11 a.m. and 1:30 p.m., this afternoon affair combines live music, elevated brunch dishes and premium Champagne offerings in a glamorous setting reminiscent of 1950s Las Vegas showrooms.
"Bubble Brunch takes the allure of our evening ambiance and reimagines the space into an opulent social destination," said Executive Chef Jonathan Bauman. "From shareable takes on our signature supper club dishes to handcrafted cocktails and Champagne, Delilah will deliver the quintessential Vegas brunch experience."
The three-course brunch menu, starting at $150 per person (plus tax and gratuities), begins with seasonal fruit and artisanal pastries, followed by table-shared starters, including:
- Delilah's Famous Chicken Tenders & Waffles with spicy maple syrup
- Smoked Salmon with capers, tomatoes, shallots and whipped cream cheese
Main course options include:
- Prime New York Strip & Egg with scrambled eggs and breakfast potatoes
- Delilah Benedict with serrano ham, poached egg, grilled asparagus, béarnaise and breakfast potatoes
- King Crab Avocado Toast with cucumber, radish, sunflower seeds and green goddess dressing
Guests can elevate the brunch experience with add-ons such as:
- Encore Plateau: king crab legs, Oishii shrimp, Maine lobster and West Coast oysters
- The Only Caviar Service: Oscietra caviar, tiny waffles, whipped crème fraîche, eggs mimosa, shallots and parsley
- Delilah's Way: the ultimate brunch indulgence featuring a bottle of 2015 Dom Pérignon Brut, Belvedere X, and caviar service
Bubble Brunch features live entertainment, including a five-piece band and surprise performances, against the backdrop of the venue's iconic atmosphere.
