LAS VEGAS (January 16, 2019) – A perfect setting for romance, Wynn Las Vegas’ fine and casual-dining restaurants are ideal for those looking to celebrate each other on Valentine’s Day. Bringing extra enchantment to the evening, guests can enjoy celebratory offerings including exclusive menus and specialty cocktails.

 

The Italian restaurant will feature a prix fix “My Funny Valentine” menu, named after the beloved ballad from Frank Sinatra. Couples will indulge in Executive Chef Luke Palladino’s four-course menu complete with dishes such as the polipo featuring Mediterranean octopus, red onion, fried caper and roasted red pepper emulsion, a truffle risotto served with shaved burgundy truffles and truffle sottocenere cheese, a filetto with beef tenderloin, roasted trumpet mushrooms and Amarone wine sauce. The menu is priced at $145 per person plus tax and gratuity.

 

Executive Chef Devin Hashimoto has created a five-course prix fix menu that the restaurant will feature on Valentine’s Day in addition to their full menu. Celebrate the holiday with Shigoku oysters & uni with ponzu and white sturgeon caviar, roasted Atlantic bass with vegetable fricassee, black truffles and Champagne butter sauce, Snake River Farms American Wagyu filet ‘Oscar’ with king crab, grilled asparagus, wasabi-shiso béarnaise and sauce bordelaise before concluding dinner with a molten chocolate lava cake. The menu is priced at $110 per person plus tax and gratuity.

 

This tantalizing specialty cocktail features Grey Goose La Vanille vodka, Lillet rosé, Giffard Rhubarb Liqueur, Champagne, strawberry and lemon. Rosés Are Red will be available on Valentine’s Day at all Wynn fine-dining restaurants and casino lounges as well as select casual-dining restaurants for $18.
