Sunday Jazz Brunch Now Offered Every Sunday at Lakeside at Wynn Las Vegas

LAS VEGAS (Aug. 20, 2018) — Beginning September 2, Lakeside will offer a Sunday Jazz Brunch experience every Sunday from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Featuring live Dixieland-style jazz and blues hits by The David “Mojo” Poe ensemble paired with incredible views of the resort’s picturesque Lake of Dreams, Lakeside’s brunch program will offer an endless array of Executive Chef David Walzog’s menu items that focus on fresh, seasonally available preparations and expertly paired sides.
Sunday Jazz Brunch commences with a selection of hot mini-croissants; malasadas; bagels; sliced fruits and berries; avocado toast; and butters and jams. Diners will enjoy a raw bar and seafood specialties from the “SS Lakeside” – the restaurant’s signature boat filled with Alaskan king crab legs; jumbo shrimp; oysters on the half shell; king crab salad; big eye tuna poke and more. Chef Walzog’s menu of made-to-order brunch dishes freshly prepared in the kitchen will offer lemon ricotta pancakes; wild mushroom and gruyere cheese omelet;  crab cake eggs Benedict with miso hollandaise; chicken and mushroom crepes; blackened swordfish with citrus peppers; Lakeside cheeseburger; char-grilled flat iron steak frites, and more.
Executive Pastry Chef Andy Jin will round out the brunch offerings with a selection of desserts, including chocolate and vanilla profiteroles; passion fruit meringue tartelettes; Kona Coffee pot du crèmes; as well as freshly baked cookies; cakes; candies and bon-bon chocolates.  
The Sunday Jazz Brunch prix fixe menu is $68 per person and $34 for children ten and under. Diners may select from two optional beverage packages – a select beverage package including limitless Bloody Marys, Prosecco, mimosas, or Sugarloaf white pineapple Bellinis ($40 per person) or the deluxe beverage package including all of the select beverage package offerings plus limitless Veuve Clicquot Champagne ($65 per person). Prices do not include tax and gratuity.
