LAS VEGAS (June 15, 2020) – The Buffet at Wynn Las Vegas will reopen Thursday, June 18 with a re-imagined all-you-can-eat concept that combines the abundance of the traditional buffet with the benefits of a full-service restaurant. As the first buffet on The Strip to return, the restaurant will treat guests to the best of both worlds with unlimited servings of nearly 90 dishes, now served at the diner's table.

Bringing the buffet to the guests, diners will now order a selection of dishes with their server from a menu. Well-portioned versions of their selections will then be delivered to the table, with the option to reorder as many times as desired within a two-hour period.

The Buffet will continue to feature a wide variety of cuisines including new items such as double cut lamb chops with truffle spinach and crispy onions, steak and lobster topped with a Bearnaise sauce, lobster ravioli featuring roasted red peppers and fennel and finished with saffron sauce as well as Old Bay braised shrimp and scallops served with a spicy tomato compote. Guests can also enjoy an assortment of desserts including chocolate-dipped rice krispies, crème brulee and 13 flavors of ice creams and sorbets. Enhancing the experience, two limitless pour packages are available for $24.99 and $29.99 and include a selection of beer, wine, sparkling wine, rose, signature cocktails and more.

The Buffet will reopen with a robust health and cleanliness program that includes physical distancing, touchless technologies and both disposable single-use and QR code downloadable menus.
