WYNN'S CONNOISSEUR SERIES TO FEATURE THE ULTIMATE SCREAMING EAGLE WINE DINNER AT DELILAH ON MARCH 8
The Dinner Will Be the Esteemed Winery's Only One in the U.S. in 2025
LAS VEGAS (Feb. 12, 2025) – Wynn Las Vegas will host a special wine dinner in partnership with Screaming Eagle on Saturday, March 8 as part of the its evolving Connoisseur Series – a unique collection of experiential events only available at the award-winning resort. This will be the renowned winery's sole dinner hosted in the United States in 2025.
"The Connoisseur Series provides unparalleled access to industry experts and products that can't be found anywhere else," said Brian Weitzman, Executive Director of Wine for Wynn Las Vegas. "Known for being the ultimate cult wine, this event will provide guests the opportunity to taste different vintages from Screaming Eagle's library cellar.Multiple vintages of each wine they produce will be presented, including as far back as the 1999 vintage of their flagship Cabernet Sauvignon."
Hosted in the private dining room of Wynn and The h.wood Group's modern supper club Delilah, several coveted vintages of Screaming Eagle will be paired alongside a multi-course menu from Wynn's Vice President of Culinary Operations, Chef Christopher Lee, and Delilah's Executive Chef, Jonathan Bauman. Featured menu items will include Aburi Santa Barbara Spot Prawn Carpaccio, Grazing Star Wagyu Beef and Robiola Bosina Mille-Feuille, among others. Screaming Eagle Estate Director Armand de Maigret will share insight into the winery with guests, accompanied by James Beard Foundation Award semifinalist and Lead Sommelier of Delilah, Cristie Norman. The pair will lead guests through tastings of Screaming Eagle's Sauvignon Blanc and Cabernet Sauvignon, as well as two vintages of The Flight.
Produced in Napa Valley, the highly acclaimed Screaming Eagle Winery is known for crafting elegant and structured wines with great aging potential. Perched on a rocky hillside in the Oakville appellation with sweeping vineyard views, Screaming Eagle is one of the region's most prestigious wineries.
